Delivery
- Delivery Time: Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.
- White Glove Delivery Service: Once your order is placed, it can take up to 5 business days to be contacted by a local dealer to set up a shipping schedule. The dealer will then call the phone number you provide to set up a date and time for delivery. It is important to give all details about your house and the room where the unit will be placed so the movers know if they need to expect doorways, stairs, low ceilings, etc. Depending on your availability, the dealer should have your unit shipped within the next 48 hours.
Return Policy
- Merchandise must be in new condition and customer is responsible for shipping fees, if not defective, as well as return shipping. Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Vision Fitness Ellipticals and Fitness Bikes cannot be returned after 30 days.
