Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship Vitality Tanning Beds or Stand-up Tanning Beds outside the Continental US & Canada or to P.O. Boxes.
- Vitality Tanning Beds: These beds (the lay-down units) can only be shipped within the Continental US.
- The Mercola Vitality 24-lamp Refresh Tanning Bed is shipped separately. Mercola Vitality 24-lamp Refresh Tanning Bed shipments cannot be expedited.
Delivery
- Delivery Time: Please allow 10-12 business days for delivery.
- Inspection: You must inspect the package before you accept delivery from the driver. Please do not sign delivery paperwork without first inspecting the exterior of the package for damage. If you find damage, alert the driver and make a note when you sign the Bill of Landing. If you find there is damage to the bed, please call Customer Service immediately. 877-985-2695 (United States) or 847-252-4355 (Canada).
- Mercola Vitality 24-lamp Refresh Tanning Bed will be shipped using "lift gate service". The shipper will first call and schedule a time for delivery. Lift-gate service means the shipping service will pull up and drop Mercola Vitality 24-lamp Refresh Tanning Bed off at your curb.
Return Policy
- Merchandise must be in new condition and customer is responsible for shipping fees, if not defective, as well as return shipping. Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The Vitality Tanning Beds and Stand-Up Tanning Beds cannot be returned after 30 days.

- Eyewear: Always wear protective eyewear while operating any tanning unit.
