General Information
We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).
Flat Rate Shipping
$4.95 shipping applies only to orders shipped within the Continental U.S. using the standard UPS or USPS shipping method. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for $4.95 shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.
- $4.95 shipping only applies to orders weighing less than 20 pounds.
- Packages over 20 pounds are subject to higher shipping rates based on weight, destination and shipping method. Please view the tables below for the Economy rates.
- Packages shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to the rates of the carrier.*

Free Shipping
Orders that qualify for free shipping to the U.S. and Canada may only be shipped using the standard UPS or USPS shipping method. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.
- Some seasonal promotions may offer free shipping worldwide. These orders must be shipped using the standard UPS or USPS shipping method to qualify for free shipping. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.
- Orders placed by Premier members qualify for free shipping using the standard UPS or USPS shipping method to the Continental U.S. and Canada. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.
- Autoship orders do not qualify for any free shipping offers or promotions.
- Some restrictions may apply, based on the weight of the item being shipped. Such orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Customer Service if you have questions about your order.
Specially Shipped Items
These products are shipped separately from the rest of your order. They're specially made (and quite large), so they may take longer than 2-5 business days to ship. Such products cannot have their shipping expedited. They include: PowerPlate, Stand-up Tanning Beds, Vitality Tanning Beds, Vitality Tanning Booth, Vitality Saunas, Vision Fitness Products, all meats (chicken and beef), and Whole House Water Filters.
Tanning Beds
All Vitality Beds and the Sun Splash Refresh Stand Up Booth will be shipped using "lift gate service". The shipper will first call and schedule a time for delivery. Lift-gate service means the shipping service will pull up and drop your Tanning Bed off at your curb.
US Shipping Methods
- Continental United States:
- The shipment carrier is determined at the time of shipping. Your order may be sent via USPS or UPS. This is determined by weight of package and timeframe selected.
- Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico:
- The shipment carrier is determined at the time of shipping. Your order may be sent via USPS or UPS. This is determined by weight of package and timeframe selected.
