How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please Contact our Customer Service Department directly so that a Return Authorization Number (RMA) can be created. Refunds are returned back to the original form of payment. Shipping and return shipping charges are not refunded or issued back as a store credit.

Please note that some products are subject to a restocking fee as well. See the Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Cost section for complete details.
It is strongly suggested that Customers purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, the return will not be accepted.
It is also suggested Customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure Mercola.com receives the package. Mercola.com is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.
Mercola.com Customer Service reserves the right to decline a return if the terms and conditions stated in the following return guarantees have not been met.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Our system is set up to get your products to you as quickly as possible, so you cannot cancel an order. However, Autoship Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting Customer Service.
If you receive an email notifying you that one or more items in your order is on backorder, you can cancel any of the items that are on backorder.

Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee
To receive a full refund* (less shipping charges), items must be returned within 60 days, in their original packaging and have at least half of the product remaining. Products returned after 60 days that have at least half of the product remaining will receive store credit (less shipping charges).
- If returning a multi-pack of supplements or whey protein, only 1 package of the same product may be opened.
- If you purchase a variety pack of supplements or whey protein, you can open one package of any single product and still get store credit as long as half of each unique product is still present.
- All returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before any refund or store credit will be issued.
- Any returned item(s) rejected by our Returns Department may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Rejected returns are held for 14 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.

- Opened Organic Beef or Chicken orders may be returned for store credit as long as at least half of the product is returned back within 30 days.
