To receive a full refund* (less shipping charges), items must be returned within 60 days, in their original packaging and have at least half of the product remaining. Products returned after 60 days that have at least half of the product remaining will receive store credit (less shipping charges).

PremierPlus members have 60 days to return product for a full refund (less shipping charges), when meeting rest of criteria below. All other conditions apply.

  • If returning a multi-pack of supplements or whey protein, only one package of the same product may be opened.
  • If you purchase a variety pack of supplements or whey protein, you can open one package of any single product and still get store credit as long as half of each unique product is still present.
  • All returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before any refund or store credit will be issued.
  • Any returned item(s) rejected by our Returns Department may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Rejected returns are held for 14 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

  • Any returned item(s) rejected by our Returns Department may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Rejected returns are held for 14 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.
  • All returns of Organic Beef or Chicken will be discarded.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
