Mother’s Day Shipping Restrictions

  • Free shipping worldwide not valid on certain products, including Sedona Method, fresh meats, salmon, or produce.
  • We do not ship to Nigeria, Andorra, North Korea, Iran and Cuba.

Flat Rate Shipping Restrictions

Flat rate shipping applies only to orders shipped within the Continental U.S. using the standard UPS or USPS shipping method.  Expedited shipping options do not qualify for flat rate shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.

  • $4.95 flat rate shipping only applies to orders weighing less than 20 pounds. 
  • Packages that weigh between 20 and 50 pounds qualify for $9.90 flat rate shipping.
  • Any packages that weigh over 50 pounds are subject to a higher shipping cost based on the shipping method.
  • Packages shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to the rates of the carrier.

Free Shipping Restrictions

Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling to the U.S. and Canada may only be shipped using the standard UPS or USPS shipping method. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.

  • Some seasonal promotions may offer free shipping and handling worldwide. These orders must be shipped using the standard UPS or USPS shipping method to qualify for free shipping. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.
  • Orders placed by Premier members qualify for free shipping using the standard UPS or USPS shipping method to the Continental U.S. and Canada. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.
  • Autoship orders do not qualify for any free shipping offers or promotions.

General Information

We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).

Specially Shipped Items

These products are shipped separately from the rest of your order. Such products cannot have their shipping expedited. They include: PowerPlate, Stand-up Tanning Beds, Vitality Tanning Beds (and booth), Vitality Saunas, Vision Fitness Products, all meats (chicken and beef), and Whole House Water Filters.

US Shipping Methods

  • Continental United States:
    • The shipment carrier is determined at the time of shipping. Your order may be sent via USPS or UPS. This is determined by weight of package and timeframe selected.
  • Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico: 
    • The shipment carrier is determined at the time of shipping. Your order may be sent via USPS or UPS. This is determined by weight of package and timeframe selected.
