This is the only oil I will use for cooking. I use it for everything... making scrambled eggs, omelets, french toast, french fries. Sauteing veggies for soups and other dishes. It's great for your skin too! And has such a pleasant smell and flavor.

I got a pint of this coconut oil to try and loved it. It tastes so good that once in awhile I just ate a spoonful of it.
However, it seems kind of expensive so I looked on the internet and found a less expensive brand that said all the right good things about itself. What a disappointment. It has no flavor. I will use it for cooking certain things, but I definitely must have more Mercola coconut oil that tastes like fresh coconut. Delicious.

You'll find other unrefined, organic coconut oils, but none tastes as good as Fresh Shores. I enjoy eating this straight out of the jar and in shakes. It's that yummy!

Delicious! My mom bought another brand after her Fresh Shores ran out. It was terrible!!! I take a tablespoon a day as an immune booster and it is just so yummy. The stuff my mom bought made me want to vomit. This stuff is great!
